Reiteration works?

It was another presentation. I remembered 9months back I got a presentation about -Communication Skill. Standing in front of the class presenting my work, I felt nervous and my hands was trembling. Some of the classmates saw that and began to laugh. Phew, still made it through.

This time, I reiterated to myself that I'm not going to be worry. I'm not going to worry and I'm not going to step back. Guess what, when I stepped into the classroom I greeted the lecturer (Avinash) loudly,"Good Afternoon". This is a way to calm my nervousness and (Gerald, Bao Lin and I) discuss for another one minute before we headed to the front and present our work.

Half way through my presentation, I started to get nervous. I swallowed my saliva and continue to present. After the presentation, the lecturer point out the good point in us. He said we are bold.

Conclusion: To overcome your nervousness, the 2 methods are
1. Reiterate words that build your confidence.
2. Drink your saliva. Nah, just kidding.

After this, I went to gym with Poh Liang. We reached gym at 5pm and left at 6.15pm. I found out that i can do 3 chin-ups in one row =) Keep it up. This time, Poh Liang wasn't slacking in the gym. Haha . . . On the way to Causeway Point, we are talking about icy soft drink. When you drink it, it flows down to your throat and ahhhh . . .Refresh. Rejuvenate. Revive. Check this out: Average maximum temperature for 2007 was 28.6 degrees. Hence, Icy soft drink is needed to survive!

Had Long John Silvers' at Causeway Point and me upsize the drink. After I finished my dinner, Poh Liang went back home to have his Mee Hoon Keuh. I went back home too ^_^
